The King Salman International Disability Research Center is planning to organize the 4th International Disability Research Competition. This competition aims to recognize individuals and scientific institutions conducting high-quality research that has a tangible impact on improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families.

The competition will be held in the following five categories:

• Medical and Health Sciences

• Education and Psychology Sciences

• Rehabilitation and Social Sciences

• Technological Applications in the Field of Disability

• Universal Accessibility

The prize is 500,000 Saudi Riyals (approximately 133,333 USD), along with a certificate of appreciation and a medal. Winners are expected to be announced in December 2026.
